General purchase process：

2, Contact GOKULAD sales team, you can chat online (on our web or any social media you like) or by email, the response time is within 1-2 hours.
3, Communicate with professional salesman to confirm ladder type, quantity, price, packaging method, delivery time, payment method, etc.
4, When your order starts production, you can contact the salesman at any time to check the production status.
5, One week before delivery, salesman and factory quality inspection together to check the product condition to ensure product quality and safety as well as the correct package.
6, The salesman book the cabin of ship, confirm ETD (estimated time of departure) and ETA (estimated time of arrival) before shipment.
7, Products arrive at the customer's designated port of destination.
